What we believe, teach and try to live out

Introduction

All members will have declared their belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and demonstrate that commitment in their lifestyle.

Membership is about commitment to Christ and a mutual commitment of the individual to the fellowship and the fellowship to them; about affirming to the beliefs of the assembly and carrying out the responsibilities of fellowship.

Our aim is to become a community of people who are growing to know Christ better and becoming more like Him, so that our words, actions and relationships will demonstrate the reality of the Gospel to a needy world, that others may meet Jesus Christ and know Salvation through Him.

Anyone wishing to become a member of Bethesda will be invited to meet with the Church Leaders to discuss and affirm the contents of this statement. They also will be expected to be baptised and attend the Lord’s Supper (Communion) on a regular basis.

We would be delighted to discuss any aspect  in more detail should you wish.
