The Rota continues 2017!

Bethesda is a busy Church and we seek to maintain and clean it ourselves. . We would also urge everyone to tidy up after each activity, on the basis of 'leave it as you would like to find it'.

The building is used by many groups throughout the week, and your support  will be much appreciated.

Areas to Clean and Guidance Notes:-

  • Team Leaders shown in Red….please organise your teams!
  • Zone 1:Chapel,Oasis, Youth Room
  • Zone 2:Resource room, Toilets,Lilac & Sparklers room
  • Zone 3:Back Room, Kitchen, Gym (balcony&floor sweep)
  • Please agree who does what for your teams! Please arrange for one of the Team to Clean tea towels used during the week  and return to Chapel asap
  • Cleaning can be done mid week, but also ensure clean for Sunday!
  • Shortage of Cleaning materials?…contact John & Elaine Lewis
  • Hoover and Tidy all rooms and clean the toilets
  • In the chapel, please also ensure all Hymn Books and Bibles are neat in the pews
  • If you notice unreasonable untidiness in building, please advise a Deacon
  • If you are away then please arrange cover/do a swap…thanks!
